  • Arranging emergency plumbing services
  • Contact and callback
  • Forwarding to the responsible Partner Company for performance of the service
  • Quality assurance and improvement of our services

5. Data Transfer to Partner Companies

Important note: As a referral platform, we forward your contact and order data to the Partner Company responsible for your job site. This includes:

  • Name and phone number
  • Address (job site)
  • Type of emergency and problem description

Legal basis: The data transfer takes place on the basis of your consent, which you give when placing an order through our Platform (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR / Art. 31 FADP), as well as for the performance of the contract (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR / Art. 31 FADP).

The Partner Companies are contractually obliged to treat your data confidentially and to use it only for the performance of the order.

6. Retention Period

Your data is only stored for as long as is necessary for the fulfilment of the contractual purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations. Contact data from inquiries is usually deleted after 12 months, unless longer retention is required.
