Terms and Conditions (T&C)

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services arranged through the "Emergency Plumber Zurich" platform (hereinafter "Platform") operated by Karli Service Group (hereinafter "Operator") between customers and independent plumbing companies (hereinafter "Partner Company").

2. Contractual Relationships

2.1 The Operator acts solely as an intermediary. The contract for the provision of plumbing services is concluded directly between the customer and the Partner Company.

2.2 The Operator is not a party to the service contract and assumes no liability for the services provided by the Partner Company.

2.3 The referral is free of charge for the customer. The cost of the service is agreed and settled directly between the customer and the Partner Company.

3. Description of Services

3.1 The Operator arranges emergency plumbing services, in particular:

• Burst pipe repair and water damage first aid
• Pipe cleaning and blockage removal
• Heating emergency service and hot water repair
• Leak detection and sealing

3.2 The availability of Partner Companies may vary depending on workload and region.

4. Prices and Payment

4.1 The prices for the plumbing services are set by the Partner Company and communicated to the customer before work begins.

4.2 Payment is made directly to the Partner Company after completion of the work.

4.3 All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) including statutory value added tax.

5. Customer Obligations

5.1 The customer undertakes to provide correct and complete information about the emergency.

5.2 The customer ensures access to the site for the Partner Company.

6. Data Transfer to Partner Companies

6.1 By placing an order through the Platform, the customer consents to their contact and order data (name, phone number, address, problem description) being forwarded to the responsible Partner Company.

6.2 This data transfer is essential for the arrangement and performance of the service.

7. Liability

7.1 The Operator is not liable for the quality, punctuality or other characteristics of the services provided by the Partner Company.

7.2 Claims arising from the service must be asserted directly against the Partner Company.

7.3The Operator's liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

8. Warranty

Warranty claims arising from the plumbing service are governed by the statutory provisions and must be asserted directly against the performing Partner Company.

9. Cancellation

9.1 Free cancellation is possible as long as the Partner Company has not yet set off for the site.

9.2 In the event of later cancellation, travel costs may be charged by the Partner Company.

10. Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction

10.1 Swiss law applies exclusively, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

10.2 The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.

11. Final Provisions

11.1Should individual provisions of these T&C be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

11.2The Operator reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time. The current version is available on the Platform.
